Rev. Dr. Baiju Antony CM
Principal
Rev. Dr. Baiju Antony CM is an educator and academic leader shaped by global scholarship and Vincentian values. With advanced studies in India and the USA, and leadership roles across institutions, he brings a learner-centred, service-driven vision to De Paul College, nurturing holistic education and global citizenship.
Academic Leadership
Fr. Shijo Antony Kanjirathamkunnel is a Vincentian priest, psychologist, and global educator with extensive service in Rome and Alaska. Holding doctorates in Canon Law and Positive Psychology, he is a licensed practitioner, multilingual speaker, Google-certified AI trainer, and author of Joyful Discipleship, currently serving as Vice Principal and Assistant Professor at De Paul College, Mysore.

Fr. Santoy has a Bachelor of Arts from Berhampur University and MBA. He has been the Financial Administrator of De Paul College since 2000.

Dr. Licy K. G. is Vice Principal (Academics) and Head, Department of Commerce at De Paul College, Mysore, and Director of the Centre for Women Studies & Research, Mandya University. A Ph.D. guide in Commerce, she has over 13 years of teaching and 9 years of academic leadership experience. She has published extensively in UGC CARE indexed journals, peer-reviewed journals, Scopus-indexed journals, edited books, and book chapters, and has presented papers at several national and international conferences. Her areas of specialization include Finance, Investment Management, Research Methodology, Outcome-Based Education, and Women Studies.
Dr. Licy KG
Vice Principal for Academics | HOD, Commerce
Joshy P J is a seasoned academician with over three decades of experience in teaching and academic administration. With a Master’s in Economics and a Bachelor of Education, he has served institutions across India since 1995. At De Paul College, he is the IQAC Coordinator and Head of Department of Management, promoting academic excellence, outcome-based education, NAAC standards, and continuous institutional quality enhancement.
Mr. Joshy PJ
HOD, Management
Dr. S. Mamatha is the Head of the Department of Arts, holding MSc, MA, and PhD qualifications. An accomplished academic, she is a member of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) and contributes to the SSI Education Wing. She is also a recipient of the India Education Development recognition from National Geographic, reflecting her dedication to educational advancement and academic excellence.
Dr. Mamatha Sathyanarayana
HOD, Arts
Ms. Roch is the Head of the Department of Computer Applications with nine years of teaching experience. Her research interests include Explainable AI, Computer Vision, and Natural Language Processing (NLP). She has published research papers and qualified in NPTEL examinations. With a mission to empower learners through technology, she believes in lifelong learning, being a teacher by profession and a learner by choice.
